Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due 10  days prior to the trip date.   Reservations made within 10 days of the trip date must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy
All half-, ¾-, and full-day activities will receive a full refund minus a $10 booking fee per person per trip, as long as the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the trip date.

Multi-day rafting trips will receive a full refund minus a $25 booking fee per person per day, as long as the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the trip date.

Due to operating costs being committed to the trip long before the trip departure date, few, if any, of these expenses can be recovered on late cancellations. For this reason, there will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the trip date.  Written or verbal notification by the group organizer is required for cancellation.
