We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations for parties of less than 12 people. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip date. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before your trip date will receive a full refund. 

We require at least 7 days notice for cancellations for parties of 12 people or more. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of your trip date. Cancellations made prior to 7 days before your trip date will receive a full refund.

We require at least 14 days notice for cancellations for multi-day trips. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of your trip date. Cancellations made prior to 14 days before your trip date will receive a full refund.

The Adventure Company reserves the right to adjust our activities due to changes in weather, water levels, rapid classifications and minimum age requirements. Prices may vary accordingly. The Adventure Company operates on public land under a special permit from Colorado State Parks, Bureau of Land Management, the US Forest Service and Clear Creek County.
