Roadrunner Resupply is hitting the road to bring your favorite restaurant and business supplies from Sam’s Club in Colorado Springs, straight to your door in Buena Vista once a week. Say goodbye to long drives to the city, and hello to hassle-free bulk shopping. We want to extend this service to businesses and local individuals alike.
Skip the 4+ hour drive and focus on what you do best. We’ll handle the heavy lifting (literally!), delivering your bulk needs directly to you every Wednesday, all year round.
Here's how it works:
Pre-order Convenience: Place your order through your own account at Sam’s Club so it’ll be waiting for us when we arrive. You must choose the pickup time and date appropriate for the Wednesday pickup. You must include the name of the driver picking up the order before placing your order. If you do not designate the person picking up the order before checking out, it cannot be changed after the order is placed. For detailed instructions on ordering from Sam’s Club, please click here.
Send us your Order: Email your itemized list orders and any questions to rivers@theadventurecompany.com by Tuesday, before pickup on Wednesday.
Tiered Rate Delivery: Whether it’s paper towels or your restaurant’s food order for the week, you pay a flat delivery fee of $45 for 12 sq.ft of space on the truck.
Space Matters: For orders exceeding 12 sq.ft , an additional delivery fee applies to cover the extra legwork and space. Your card on file will be charged before delivery is made. For more information on pricing tiers, see below.
Pricing:
Initial Flat Delivery Fee: $45 for a 12 sq.ft space
$40 for an additional 12 sq.ft space
$35 for a third additional 12 sq.ft space
$30 for each additional 12 sq.ft space after that
