Browns Canyon White Rafting

Best experience for a family! Our rafting trip down Browns Canyon was an excellent experience for our family. Our children, (13 and 9) loved the trip! The rapids were the perfect level for our new to rafting family. Our 9-year-old daughter was leery of the trip but Brody, one of our guides, was excellent and really helped her feel comfortable during the experience. The adventure company is well organized and friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. Our whole group, of 10 people, ranging in age from 9-65, loved the experience. Excellent work Brody and Wilson! Thank you for a fun day!

Fabulous!!! We did the full day browns canyon level 2&3 rapids and we had so much fun!!!! Our guide Tom was the best. He gave clear instructions and shared some great facts about the area and the rapids! He also kept all of us in the boat!!! The building and facilities are nice… they have changing rooms, showers, and restrooms. They also have a bunch of gear to protect you from the water if you want (wet suits, splash guards, rubber booties etc)
This place was clean and the guide was super nice. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Excellent technical judgment of each rapid Mike Tallen was our tour guide. He was great. Excellent technical judgment of each rapid and well versed in the lore of Browns Canyon. We did the full day experience which included lunch and and an amazing afternoon of class 3 rapids. So much fun! They didn’t let me take beer on the trip but truthfully there would have been no opportunity to relax and drink a beer while on the river. It’s nonstop action, even in benign waters. Bring lots of sunblock. We had an overcast day and didn’t re-up at lunch and that turned out to be a mistake. Also, it can be cold when you’re getting splashed by water. Strongly recommend renting the splash jacket AND the wetsuit. If you don’t have good water shoes it makes to also rent theirs. This company has their act together. So glad we took the time to have this experience. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

e will definitely be looking into adventuring some more with The Adventure Company We rafted the half day Brown's Canyon with Mike and Valdez. Our group of five consisted of our three daughters, ages 15, 10 and 9. Out of our group, only my husband had white water rafted before.I was nervous that Class III would be too much for our inexperience, but it was perfect. Valdez very obviously knew what he was doing. He provided fun and educational information about the area and the river. He told us what we needed to do, and when we needed to do it. Everyone stayed safe and in the boat, thanks to Valdez.We can't wait to return to Colorado. We will definitely be looking into adventuring some more with The Adventure Company. Thanks for the memories!

I highly recommend The Adventure Co. If you are wanting to book a trip rafting on the Arkansas River, I highly recommend The Adventure Co. We did the full day Brown's Canyon run. What an amazing experience. Our guide Collin went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome experience. Lunch was great! And our hat's off to Wilson for having our back as safety captain on the trip. Can't say enough. You have to try it.

Top notch river rafting guides & outfit Top notch river rafting guides & outfit. They have talented guides who know their craft. Met at their location in Buena Vista. Took a short 5-min bus ride to off loading point to begin our rafting journey on the Arkansas River through Browns Canyon. Safety is The Adventure Company’s top priority. They do a great job giving a thorough safety briefing prior to rafting. My family & I had the time of our lives on the intermediate run, type 2 & 3 rapids. Will be a repeat customer next year!!

We had an opportunity to get out on a raft through Brown's Canyon with The Adventure Company in Buena Vista, and what a fun time we had. Our guide, Squirrel, made sure that we were properly briefed in all things safety before we got out onto the water. After that, it was game on as the raft headed down the river. We got in a few practice paddles and he seemed happy with our work. A short while later, during which we heard a bit of information about the area we were in, we began to hit some of the more challenging spots. It was nothing too scary at all, but it did get the heartrate up. Also, we began to see just how wet an experience this would be. The rapids came at us in intervals, and Squirrel was very good with putting the boat in the best possible place for success. We went through enough rapids that I lost count, nor could I tell you which one was "Zoom Flume" or "Toilet Bowl". I can however tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and that I do highly encourage others to do this if they are ever in the area.

One of the best experience It was my first trip to Browns canyon .What I loved the most were the nature of Browns canyon and our professional guide "Mark". I would highly suggest using the Adventure company.

Amazing This was our 5th trip to Browns canyon through the Adventure Company and what a day blue skies and amazing scenery. What I love about The Adventure company is their professionalism. Our guide (Kotty)
was incredible maneuvering through the rapids. He told us great stories about the canyon as we traveled down the river. I would highly suggest using the Adventure company for your next rafting trip.

Best rafting! We recently rafted the 2 hour trip with Zach! Very engaging, witty and super funny! Sights were amazing, water was swift and cool and Zach kept us safe! A++

Excellent Summer Adventure for All Ages My family and i just returned from Breckenridge and had a lovely experience with the Adventure Company. My 7 and 9 year olds loved it and our guide, Paige, was knowledgeable, friendly, and safe. We were fortunate enough to have our own raft and felt very comfortable doing this outdoor activity. The company provided clean masks, helmets, and life vests. We had an amazing time and hope to be back soon. You can definitely tell that the employees genuinely enjoy what they do.

My family and I had such an awesome experience at The Adventure Company. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We did the full day through Brown's Canyon is was amazing! I have 4 kids age 10-18, our guide Paul was perfect! He was great with all of our kids and was super easy to talk to. He was an amazing guide! We will DEFINITELY be return customers! We did two different trips with The Adventure Company. I took five of my kids (ages 21 down to 11) on the half day Browns Canyon trip while my wife took our two youngest daughters (ages 5 & 2) on the Milk Run. The Browns Canyon run was good for some of us beginners as it starts off in calmer waters but also get variety of different rapids later. The Milk Run was perfect for the little girls as it was calmer and just fun for them! Everyone had a GREAT time! Our guides (Ross & Paige) were AWESOME! Thank you to them and the rest of The Adventure Company crew for a great time and for the memories made.

Great Rafting in Browns Canyon with TAC Really fun family raft trip in Browns Canyon, Class 2-3 rapids that provided plenty of excitement without getting too crazy. Browns Canyon is beautiful with other worldly rock formations. Guide Patty B. was great, experienced, made the trip fun. We felt safe with the COVID-19 precautions taken. Everything was well organized and on-time, and the staff was knowledgeable and personable. This outdoor adventure was well worth it. We'll use TAC again on our next trip.

Tremendous Experience Along with Passionate Guides & Impeccable Service! My Husband and I had an exceptional experience white water rafting down the Arkansas River (Brown's Canyon was the trip name). They were especially accommodating by offering to pick us up in Breckenridge and drive us to the location! Upon arrival, hot lunch was waiting for us... delicious fajitas! Nate was our guide, who was a great leader, and made everyone feel comfortable with friendly conversation and great coaching style! You could tell he was very passionate as a rafter and director. We WILL be using adventure company again for other upcoming trips, and would recommend everyone to do the same!

Review from a Real Mom Just WOW! We had an amazing day on our rafting experience. Our guide, Josh, was absolutely outstanding. From his friendly calm demeanor to his expertise on the water and the fabulous lunch it was an excellent day. My husband and I are in our mid fifites, our three kids range from 18-21. We were both challenged and had time to take in the beautiful scenery. Josh knew a lot of interesting facts about the area he shared with us was a great instructor for us "newbies". Instead of lunching at a crowded place we stopped along the route and picniced on a large boulder with a great view. He pulled out a small grill and in no time we had a lunch of fajitas, fresh fruit, chips and salsa, salad, and even brownies. There was enough excitement on the trip for my 19 year old son and at the same time I always felt safe under Josh's guidance. I can't say enough about what a great guide Josh was and all that it added to our experience. The Adventure Co. has very helpful people and the equipment all looked sate and in good condition. I would highly recommend booking your experience with this company. If we go back, I will go there and request the same guide as well!

Great Trip, Wonderful Experience! We had a really fun trip rafting Browns Canyon. We were exceptionally impressed with The Adventure Company; the communication prior to the trip, the facilities, and the guides were all top notch. We appreciated the small company feel as sometimes with larger companies you feel like a number. Food was good too!

Awesome Day on the River! We have been rafting with The Adventure Company for 5 years, and every trip we have done has been awesome. Our guides have always been excellent and great with young kids. We were with Cory this trip, and he was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure our boys had a great day. Thanks for another great trip!
